I have actually placed a preorder for this at my local distributor. They are the official Kotobukiya distributors for Singapore and gave me pics of her about 2-3 weeks ago.
Yeah, I concur with tj_han, my local distributor sent me a pre-order email about this figure 2-3 weeks ago, and from the looks of it, I’ll be placing a pre-order after all… ^_^;;;
not too suprised. Moeyo always shows us how many PVC figures from companies like Megahouse that have strippable parts that make a figure from an all-ages show into something more adult ^^
i guess this toplessness is intentional for the first time for this figure?
Well the design of the Neige figure is based on the cover of the Shining Tears illustration book, so its not like Kotobukiya designed something too risque compared to other Shining Tears-related merchandize.
Unfortunately I think the figure misses on the original illustration. This is the kind of stuff that I would have liked a company like Max Factory to handle. Their 1/7 Kureha is spot-on on Toony Taka’s illustration style, so I can only hope they follow up with the other characters in non-swimsuit figures.
Wah? No way! Ooooooh, I’m interested! >_

Son of a . . . I might have to add this one to my list
