Heisei Democracy Negative Campaign

August 8th, 8:07 AM EDIT: THE CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED. Thanks to the 100 folks who registered in an amazingly short amount of time – about twenty hours from site launch and we hit the target! And here I was expecting we’d be lucky to get there in a week…
Given the success of this first promo I’m thinking it would be great to continue with other such giveaways in the future, so watch this space if you missed out on the first round – and don’t let being #102 on the forums dissuade you from joining, any similar promos will be back-numbered to when the last one let off.
Thanks again to everyone who signed up over the past day – I’ll be whipping the dice out in a few hours, and need to find something to use for the super mystery item rather sooner than I was expecting…
HEISEI DEMOCRACY NEGATIVE CAMPAIGN

LOOT IN THE OFFING

Moetan 2 (both volumes)

Queen’s Blade Echidna

Queen’s Blade Reina

Kaiyodo Revoltech King Gainer action figure

2ch bumper sticker set

Genshiken manga vol. 6 (special edition, with full-size doujinshi)

Maritan Focus Drills vol. 2 (with “hearing CD”)

Dengeki Moeoh rebirth edition (with pillowcase)

Welcome to the NHK! manga vol. 4 (special edition, with clothes-changing Misaki figure)

a fabulous and totally cool mystery item

Here’s how it works:

  1. Be one of the first 100 people to register on the forums with a unique, valid email address.

That’s all! Once 100 folks are registered we’ll whip out a pair of trusty ten-sided dice, roll ten times, and the registration numbers that come up will be the lucky winners. The prizes are first-come first-serve, so watch the front page for the winning announcement!
Details on claiming your prize: if you’re announced as a winner you’ll need to contact Shingo from the email address you used to register your forums account, with two pieces of information: the prize you want (list all ten, from most to least-desired, in case there are conflicts) and your mailing address. The cutoff date for claiming your prize will be three days from the announcement of winners, but the faster you reply the better the odds are that you’ll get your first choice.
Good luck, and happy forumgoing! Note that you don’t have to actually post or anything to be elegible to win, but it would sure be nice…

Out of curiosity, why did you choose “Negative Campaign” as the name for this contest?

I might rape someone’s eyes to get any one of those items.
I’ll try to help out so much as I can, Shingo. I already plan to fuck with the 2DDB Wiki when I get a chance, and I’m signed up in the forums. LET’S DO OUR BEST!

FatCatLim > Negative Campaign was a series of promotional contest held by Kadokawa for N.H.K ni Yôkoso manga. They gave away super-nice boxer-shorts and other N.H.K. themed stuff like towels, fundoshi (seems english word for this is “loincloth”). I tried to get one of those pants but seems I failed since I didn’t receive anything.
I hope to have more luck with Shingo’s Super Negative Campaign.
